1. The user shall unlink their social media account from their account if they want to deactivate it.
2. Additionally, the user has the choice to directly visit SPCMC for assistance with account deletion.
3. According to the ITS Clearance procedures, all user accounts will be disabled upon notification of termination, resignation, or retirement.
