Key Responsibilities
Provide clerical and administrative support to various hospital departments.
Prepare, organize, and file documents, reports, and records.
Assist in scheduling, coordination, and communication within the office.
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Support department heads in daily operations and special projects.
Deliver front-line customer service by assisting patients, visitors, and staff with inquiries and requests.
Ensure courteous, professional, and efficient handling of client concerns.
Requirements
Must have completed a Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Proficient in MS Office and hospital-related documentation.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Trustworthy in handling patient and hospital records with confidentiality.
Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
