Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and evaluate training programs for hospital staff.
Conduct needs assessments to identify employee development opportunities.
Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and engagement initiatives.
Prepare reports and recommend strategies for employee retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in training and employee engagement.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and presentation tools.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to support HR initiatives.
