The SPCMC C.A.R.E. (Compassionate Assistance, Readiness, and Patient Education) Program offers free, all-in-one healthcare at San Pablo Colleges Medical Center to relieve patients of medical costs. It provides free doctor consultations, lab tests, X-rays, and essential medications through an in-house pharmacy, along with specialist access and guided recovery support. All PhilHealth members are eligible to access these free services.
